Pillow Case Challenge
NEW PATTERNS RELEASED
Patterns 7, 8 and 9 now released and available for download
American Patchwork & Quilting has challenged quilters to donate 1 million pillowcases to local charities. Lori's Country Cottage has accepted that challenge and will be part of the efforts for 2010. We will donate our pillowcases to children admitted to the Stollery Children’s Hospital Heart Unit.Free patterns are available at the store.
New patterns will be released every 3 months! Help us by donating homemade pillowcases! We need your help!!!!
Watch for our next Sew-A-Thon where you can get together with other quilters and sewers for a fun time making pillowcases for worthy charities. Our first 80 pillowcases have been donated to the Children's Stollery Hospital. Let's find those colorful fabrics and sew for a purpose...come to the store to pick-up your pillowcase patterns.
